I always thought if I spend 15 hours a day and other people spend 1 hour a day, I will be the number 1 eventually. Then, one day, I realize that this is wrong. I look for my talent 1st before I put in 15 hours a day. If I have the talent, I only need to spend 1 hour a day. If I don't have the talent, spending 15 hours a day doesn't go any where.
