Job is temporary. Talent is permanent. You can constantly change jobs but you can't constantly change talent. Look at the top 1%, Warren Buffet, Bill Clinton and Bill Gates. All of them use their talent to provide immense value to others.

2. If there's a difference, I find the work around?
If I sometimes don't understand what my child is saying, I repeat what the child just told me and see the child's response.
