I listened to a tape yesterday.

In the tape, it points out the importance of focus on the goal. Each morning, read the goal statement. I believe in it. Each morning, I'll start reading the mission of my life: providing immense value for my love ones and 10 million others. Use talent, talent and talent to fulfill my goal.
