I didn't realize this at first. This applies almost to everything. I think most people prefer a person who is like him. If my manager prefers a person who is similar to him and I have different opinion or talent, I better run for other position because the chance of appreciation or promotion is minimum.

When choosing a major/career, it's the same thing. If other people spend 5 minutes to study a course or finish a homework, yet it takes you 2 days to do it. You know as well as I do this is NOT your talent. Run for another major.

In life, each person has a talent or instinct or personality. If this pattern doesn't match your career or your boss, RUN.

Shel Silverstein - A Boy Named Sue

Well, my daddy left home when I was three,
and he didn't leave much to Ma and me,
just this old guitar and a bottle of booze.
Now I don't blame him because he run and hid,
but the meanest thing that he ever did was
before he left he went and named me Sue.

Well, he must have thought it was quite a joke,
and it got lots of laughs from a lot of folks,
it seems I had to fight my whole life through.
Some gal would giggle and I'd get red
and some guy would laugh and I'd bust his head,
I tell you, life ain't easy for a boy named Sue.

Well, I grew up quick and I grew up mean.
My fist got hard and my wits got keen.
Roamed from town to town to hide my shame,
but I made me a vow to the moon and the stars,
I'd search the honky tonks and bars and kill
that man that gave me that awful name.

But it was Gatlinburg in mid July and I had
just hit town and my throat was dry.
I'd thought i'd stop and have myself a brew.
At an old saloon in a street of mud
and at a table dealing stud sat the dirty,
mangy dog that named me Sue.

Well, I knew that snake was my own sweet dad
from a worn-out picture that my mother had
and I knew the scar on his cheek and his evil eye.

and I looked at him and my blood ran cold,
and I said, "My name is Sue. How do you do?

I never realize this but I have to admit that this talent is important. What's this talent? Well, it is the ability to know other's talent in the first 3 minutes of conversation. I always thought that it's just a good thing to know other's talent until one day. I am desperately trying to resolve an issue and I don't know who is the best person to talk to. Oh, this is really getting on my nerve. I start to realize the importance of knowing other's talent.

I believe one of the reason that Andrew Carnegie becomes so successful is that he knows the people with the talent. He seems to see other's talent even before they know themselves. He ask Napoleon Hill to pass the philosophy of sucess and Napolean Hill has done a wonderful job.

Right and wrong

I went to a seminar yesterday. After I got home, I was thinking about making money and moral justification. Well, in the seminar, they teach 2 items. The first item is how to get a cheap foreclosure house and sell it at a higher profit. The second item is to pay for the delinquent tax of others and after a grace period they can request to foreclosure the house if the money isn't paid.

Well, my understanding is that in the 1st scenario. The house owner in distress wants to sell a house quick. Since there are so many houses are on the market, one can negotiate with the house owner and get a really cheap price. I would rather give the owner a fair market price than negotiate with a cheaper price when they are emotionally distressed.

In the 2nd scenarios, the house owner couldn't pay for the tax. The county will give a 2 year grace period for the house owner. Another person can pay for the delinquent tax to the county for those 2 periods with high interest. By the end of those 2 years, the person can request to get the house to be foreclosure because the money wasn't paid. Well, I think that if it's a purely business deal, it makes sense. However, from the moral point of view, when some people are in distressed and couldn't paid for the tax, one goes in and ask for foreclosure. I don't know if it's a right thing to do. Well, I guess I have to find another career to improve my finance.

I didn't realize this at first but Anthony Robbins give very good questions to resolve problems.
Here it is:

2. What is not perfect yet?
3. What am I willing to do to make the way I want it?

5. How can I enjoy the process while I do what is necessary to make it the way I want it?

Whenever I encounter an issue that I feel desperate, frustrated or depressed, I'll ask the above questions. This is a life and death question because it makes everything so much clear. I appreciate his effort in providing value.

Wisdom from Charlie Munger

If you want to be miserable please follow the following 4 rules.

First, be unreliable. Do not faithfully do what you have engaged to do. If you will only master this one habit, you will more than counterbalance the combined effect of all your virtues, howsoever great. If you like being distrusted and excluded from the best human contribution and company, this prescription is for you. Master this one habit, and you will always play the role of the hare in the fable, except that instead of being outrun by one fine turtle, you will be outrun by hordes and hordes of mediocre turtles and even some mediocre turtles on crutches.

My second prescription for misery is to learn everything you possibly can from your own experience, minimizing what you learn vicariously from the good and bad experience of others, living and dead. This prescription is a sure-shot producer of misery and second-rate achievement. The other aspect of avoiding vicarious wisdom is the rule for not learning from the best work done before yours. My third prescription to you for misery is to go down and stay down when you get your first, second or third severe reverse in the battle of life. Because there is so much adversity out there, even for the lucky and wise, this will guarantee that, in due course, you will be permanently mired in misery. Ignore at all cost the lesson contained in the accurate epitaph written for himself by Epictetus: "Here lie Epictetus, a slave, maimed in body, the ultimate in poverty, and favored by the gods."

My final prescription to you for a life of fuzzy thinking and infelicity is to ignore a story they told me when I was very young about a rustic who said, "I wish I knew where I was going to die, and then I'd never go there."

Tad Williams is the only baseball player who had a .400 single -season hitting record in the last seven decades. In the Science of Hitting, he explained his technique. He divided the strike zone into seventy-seven cells, each representing the size of a baseball. He would insist on swinging only at balls in his 'best' cells, even at the risk of striking out, because reaching for the 'worst spots would seriously reduce his chances of success.

This technique apply to our life as well. In life, I tend to have the tendency to swing at a lot of balls. I believe that once I identify my passion and talents, I'll swing at the ball with all might power. It's crucial.

Behind the communication

Have you realized that the action sometimes are different from the talk?

My father has always recommended us to have a stable job and have a stable life. He on the other hand always go for the adventures including move to 2 different countries in his life time. It seems that his action and his talk are 2 completely different story.

Recently, I read the book, frogs into princes. I realize that action belongs to the subconscious territory while talk sometimes belong to the conscious territory. My wife was joking that both my sister and I are influenced by his talk rather than by his action. Oh, my wife wasn't kidding about it.

As I grow older, I realize that if I ever want to give back to my parents. I better observe their need based on the action so I can give back with full confidence that I give my best shot.

The funny thing is that I always thought that it's weird that my father isn't consistent between his talking and his action. I always thought that everyone should be consistent between their talking and their action. I was wrong because I wasn't consistent myself, too.

Why do I say that? My wife ask me that if our child grow up and he wants to go a career that it's easy to get a job such as art, what will I do? I told her that as long as the child shows the talent and I would agree with it. When I look back at my history, I sometimes just do it without knowing whether I have the talents for it. I have to admit that my talking and my action sometimes are different.

In Anthony Robbin's tape, he mentioned that it's better to be congruent between the talk and the action. I totally agree. He believe that it gives power to yourself. I want to gain these powers to I can provide immense value to my parents, my wife and my child.

Time is vital

Yesterday, I talk to a friend and he buys on sale toys from Target/Walmart and deliver it to a home less children place. I think it's awesome. I would like to do the same for the homeless children. This is what I am going to do. I am going to buy either on sales toys from Target/Walmart or the school supply from 1 dollars tree shop and give it to the children who needs it. It has 2 benefit. It's an efficient use of the money and I am really glad that I do this.

Two days ago, I posted a message on the message board regarding unsatisfied experience with a company, X. The company later on called me at home to listen to my point of view. This is incredible.

This is incredible because I realize that one of my talents is to write a short paragraph that can sometimes make people jump or persuade others. I can also use MSN Live Messenger and help to resolve issues for others. It's one of my talent and I intend to use it to provide immense values for my love ones. How am I going to do it?

You might be wondering why I even bring up this topic. Well, I have interviewed for 6 job positions. The previous 5 job positions has turned me down. On the 6th job position, the personality seems to click and I got the job. I know, I know. Many of you will say that my knowledge for the 6th job interview matches what the interviewer wants. Well, I apply for similar positions for all 6 jobs.

I have been reading turning frog into a princess for 2 months ago. Yesterday, I decided to read this book again. Why do I want to read it? This book has helped me tremendously in communicating with both people and myself.

When I have a self talk, sometimes I like to fight with myself. This is not beneficial at all. When 2 voices fight, the conflict within myself seems to get bigger. I would like to try to say thank you to my inner voice because each voice provide me the benefit. I intend to do 2 things. I would like to say thank you to them. Write it down on those 2 voices. I am able to add immense value to my love ones by get a hair cut before the interview. It might sound funny at a time but it's true. Having a hair cut will accomplish 2 purposes. The 1st purpose is that I look visually better having a hair cut. The interviewer also like a person with a good professional hair cut. The 2nd purpose is that it boost my self confidence. I am going to take a business trip for one day and I already miss my baby to call me dad, dad. My wife on the other hand wants the baby to call her mommy because the baby hasn't called mommy for 2 weeks. My wife is thinking that after a day of my business trip, the baby will call mommy instead of dad.

I never understand the psychology of bonding. I start to understand that the most important factor is time. The more time I spend with the baby, the better the relationship is going to be.

Each of them use their talents (instinct) to the best of their ability. They not only makes themself happy but in the process contribute to the human kinds. I would like to be one of them in the near future.

I was thinking yesterday about Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. What do they have in common? They both follow their instinct. Steve Jobs follow his instinct by designing the beautiful object includes iPhone, iPod, animation and Apple Macintosh. Bill Gates follow his instinct by creating a great software called Windows and put the software in every computer.

I believe each of us know exactly what our instincts are . A lot of times, we tend to ignore our instinct and do something that we don't particularly enjoy. It might be ok in the short run. In the long run, it's a lose and lose situation. We lose our heart and become pessimistic. Our children lose because our action impacts their thinking. In order to provide infinite values to our love ones and billion of others, follow your instinct is the only way to go.

Habit

Have you notice how some people like to wash their face, brush their teeth, shave their bear, brush their hair every morning while others just don't do anything? I never pay attention until I realize that it bring value to myself and my love ones.

Why do I say that? If you wash your face and brush your hair, you will soon realize that your thinking pattern is completely change after doing it. If I am in a depressed mode, I will be instantly go into a positive mode. If I am a bit sleepy and I need to go to a meeting, washing my face would definitely give me an edge in the meeting.

Warren Buffet says the following:
“Chains of habit are too light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken.”

I never exactly understand what he means until yesterday. Having a positive habit will give me power in myself and my family. I believe in it.

How can I have time with you, provide you with an abundant finance, have fun doing what I love to do and doing it well? I know only if I have fun doing what I love doing and doing it well. I will be able to provide my love ones with infinite abundant time, health, finance and positive mental altitude.

Food not only provides energy but also provide modeling.

I modeled after Bill Gates yesterday. What did I do exactly? Well, I ate both hamburger and drank chocolate milkshake. Hamburger provides the ingredient for vision and chocolate milkshake provide the ingredient for communication. It might seem weird yet it's true.

Have you ever gone out with a friend at lunch time and you ordered exactly what he orders? You soon realized that you are on the same thinking pattern. Your communication flows really well and you have a good time. Here is the experiment that I recommend. Go out with some one that you totally don't understand. Order exactly the same food and drink that he's ordering. My bet is that you'll start to have a better understanding of this person and his behavior. It might seem a bit strange but I bet it's going to work.

A note of caution. If you emphasize on eating too much hamburger or chocolate milkshake, it might be bad for your health. It's important to eat vegetables, fruit, meat, potato and green bean.

What's Bill Gates's strength?

I was reading the book, hard drive, last night. One of his strength that amazes me is the ability to choose the right person on the job based on performance without relationship attachment. I find this ability incredible because I would have a hard time doing that. One of his good friend has worked for his company for several years as a manager. When the company is small, his friend was able to do a wonderful job. However, when the company becomes bigger, his friend is no longer able to handle the job load and the task that demands for a big company. His friend also senses that himself is no longer the right person for this job so he quits and moves on. I look around at all my companies that I work for and I have never seen the situation above.

I realize that Bill Gates has this amazing ability to put honesty first and relationship second. He's very honest to himself and others that performance is the first priority in his company. He seems to be consistent through out his career.

What kinds of people do you like most? Have you ever thought about it? Both your mom and I would like you to give some thought about it.

Do you like their belief? Do you like their habit? Do you like their intonation? Do you like their feeling? Do you like their vision? If you have a hero, what specifically do you like about them?

It think it's critical to know these important factors. Once you analyze a bit about them, you have a deeper understanding of your friends. You will be able to connect with them at a deeper level. You know their strength and you walk around their weakness. It would bring you happiness to yourself. On the other hand, if you disagree with his/her belief or their bad habits seems to have negative influence on you, you might want to reconsider about this friend. If you are bigger than them mentally and you think it's worth a shot, you can even try to persuade them to change to a new belief or a new habit. If you're not able to change their belief/habit, I recommend you to run and keep a good distance from this person. You're very likely to be impacted by his belief or habit if you are not able to influence him.

I also recommend you to have a notepad so you can write down your thought. Trust your instinct. Sometimes when I look at a person and I don't like them. I don't know why. However, if those people continue to talk to me for a period of time, my thinking pattern seems to change and I start to like them. A few years later, I look down at my note about my thought when I first meet those people, I am amazed at the accuracy of my instinct.

Have we ever want to look up to our hero and want to be one day just like them?

Here are the steps to achieve it.
Step 1: Write down questions before looking at them. These question includes family, friends, happiness, health, success and financial abundance.

1. What's his/her strength that you want to model after?
2. Does he/she tip dancing to work everyday?
3. Does he/she love his/her family and friends?
4. Does his/her family and friends love him/her?
5. Is he/she happy with his/her career?
6. Does he/she have financial abundance?

The goal is to focus on strength. At the same time, keep in mind that I want a balance life. Each hero has a strength that I can model after.

I would like to model after Warren Buffet and Bill Gates because they donate to billion of others.
I would like to model after Warren Buffet because of his honesty to himself and to others.
I would like to model after Bill Gates because of he has a vision and he makes his vision happen.
I would like to model after Steve because of his ability to create beautiful animation and objects.

I want to know the strength of others in 5 minutes. I can either model after or appreciate the beauty that God creates in human species.

Strenght, strength and strengh

Well, I have talked for a long time that I intend to see other's strength. Today, I am going to have lunch with a bunch of coworkers. I would like to know the strength of each person by the end of today. If there's any tool you know that can help me figure out a person's strength, please feel free to give me some recommendation. Remember the goal is to figure out in the 1st 5 minutes.

My other goal is to know 100 things that give me pleasure. It includes the music, Queen, Yo-yo and looking at people's face. I intend to put down 1 more item that give me the pleasure by the end of today.

What does Warren Buffet and Bill Gates have in common?

Well, they both donate billions of dollar to help others. I admire them immensely because of their unselfish character.

What else do they have in common?

They both use their talent and passion to provide immense values not only to themselves to billions of others. According to Warren Buffet, he compares people to a motor. Some people put in 400 horse power yet only produce 100 horse power. He would prefer people who put in 100 horse power and produce 200 horse power consistently.

I didn't understand at first. My wife helps to clear my thoughts. My wife tells me that it's very similar to 80/20 rules. Some people spend 80% of energy yet produce only 20% of the result. Some people spend 20% of energy and they produce 80% of the result. In life, my goal is to spend 40% of the energy and produce 4000% of the result. You might think it's funny. How can you only use 40% of your energy to produce 4000% of the result.

I believe it all comes down to instinct. When I was young, I thought if I push myself hard enough and do what they do, I can get to the level of my heros including Bill Gates and Warren Buffet. As I get older, I understand that each person has talents in different area. Warren Buffet said that if he does what Bill Gates does, he can only survive for 10 minutes.

My life purpose is to provide immense values to my love ones and others. In order to do it, I got to follow my instinct (talent). I also plan to use this talent consistently for the rest of 60 years. This is my goal. I intend to honor this goal.

Is cheap people usually selfish?

A friend of mine ask me the following question: Is cheap people usually selfish? My instinct says no but I don't know what examples to give?

The 1st person got into my mind is Warren Buffet at his younger age. I like Warren Buffet and I think that he's the most honest and generous people in the whole universe. I read his biography. When he was young, I got a sense that he's cheap. He doesn't spend any money that's necessary because he knows that each penny he spent at younger age would worth 10, 20 and 30 times in the future.

The thing that bothers me a bit is he ask his son to pay rent for the farm. I am a person who focus on relationship. I don't quite understand that Warren Buffet asks the son to pay rent for the farm. I think this is the wrong thing to do.

My wife has a completely different opinion. She told me that Warren Buffet has an education fund for each child. He knows what's important for this child. She also told me that if the son doesn't pay rent for the farm, the son might not have the pressure to do an excellent job as a farmer if his Daddy pays rent for him. His son might stay in the same place for 10 years doing a lousy job as a farmer. I see my wife's point clearly and I agree with her somewhat. I know if my father pays everything for me, I will tend to be lay back, too.

I starts to understand what money is. Money is an object that measure our progress. When I am better, bigger, focus and driven, money will be attracted to me. When I am negative, guilty and lazy, money will get away from me. I can always tell by my own feeling that I am moving in a right direction and doing what I love to do and do it well. Money is simply just an important and objective instrument that tells me where I am.

The path to fulfillment

I know exactly what I want. I know that I am going to do WEIT(what ever it takes) to achieve it. I move forward with speed and instinct. I am willing to experiment thousands of times before I achieve my goal. I know that there's a time limit to life itself and I intend to accomplish it in his short amount of time with God's approval.

The path to fulfillment is to focus on the beacon(goal). Have 100 things that give me the pleasure ready for me. Whenever I feel a downward thought appearing in my mind, I'll just play with one item. The things that gave me a pleasure can be a music or it can be a yo-yo. This is my 1st step to the path to fulfillment.

My second step to fulfillment to have a good quote around me. I have studied the quote from both Warren Buffet and Jim Rohn. It seems that I like Jim Rohn's quote in the evening time and I like Warren Buffet's quote in the early morning. ok. I'll have both Jim Rohn and Warren Buffet's quotes with me.

My 3rd step to fulfillment is to provide the best environment for my love ones. I know that I would be happy if I can provide the best environment for my love ones. The environment can be internal and it can be external. Usually, when you talk about the environment, you talk about give a loving family and be able to provide education fees for college. I intend to do more than that. I want to know what makes my child ticks. The 1st thing that I realize is that Winnie the Pooh CD wakes my child and it gives him the independence. I would like to do a little bit research to see what kinds of visual tools and feeling give him the advantage. If you are not familiar with NLP, you might want to read a bit. Just search google. :)

The visual tool that I like to provide to my child is quite simple. I would like to put pictures on the wall. It can be a picture that contains scenery or a picture that contains people. I find it fascinating that people who are interested in scenery picture doesn't interested in people picture. People who are interested in people picture aren't interested in scenery picture.

Complex human behavior

How do you know if a person talk to you with real feelings?
You might look for a clue and the clue is unusually quite obvious.
You just need to be like Sherlock Home: pay attention on details.

I never thought that I pay attention to detail in my entire life but it just happens. Yesterday, we have a meeting in our company. My manger is going to retire. I like him and I get a bit emotional about his leaving. In the meeting, his manager also says something about how valuable he is in providing value to the company. I look at her once, twice and three times and I suddenly realize that she doesn't feel anything about his retirement. This is just part of the business. Why do I say that? Well, I look at her shoes and her body language.

It seems strange to me that you can tell a person by the shoes he/she wear. I have never imagine that in my whole life but it just happens. I realize that if a person wearing tennis shoes, he/she most likely have more feeling than wearing the other kinds of shoes. My second line manger wore another kind of shoes and that give me immense clue that she just make a presentation to make it look good. She doesn't have any feeling for my manger at all who is going to retire. It seems strange to me that they work together for 7 years and she thought this is just a business. Anyone who works 7 years for me, I'll like this person a lot and will one way or the other show my appreciation.

Oh, one other clue is she put her fists on top of the other nonstop while she does the presentation. It seems weird to me that she does this while talking. I usually put my fist on top of each other when I am quite happy about an event. I sense that the 2nd line manger doesn't like my 1st line manger. It's strange to me that after 7 years of working together, they still don't like each other.

I guess that I don't understand the human nature as well as I do. I always thought that people are like me full of compassion. I don't dare to say it any more. It seems people are more complicated than I thought originally especially people work in the business world.

Well live and learn.

A distant house

I saw a gigantic house. There's a small side door and I walked into this gigantic house. It has a big chair. This is a house that looks like a model house. I walk in into this house. It seems that this house is made for the most wealthy people around. From the side room, I pass several door, each room has a wonderful decoration. One room is like for afternoon tea. The other room is like for the dinning room. After passing 4 doors. I saw uncle Yu. I asked him how he was doing? He told me that he has a big headache. I saw Daddy at this moment. Daddy walked in. I told uncle Yu that I can go and buy the medicine for him. Daddy glanced at me and gave me a disapproved glance. I don't quite understand at that moment. Why does Daddy gave me a disapproved glance. Daddy mentioned that uncle Yu can go and buy the medicine himself. This is strange. He also talked to uncle Yu. I realize that cost of the medicine is around $1000. I thought that Daddy doesn't want me to buy because of the cost. ok, I just continue walking in the house. Someone behind me ring a bell. She was riding on this big bike. I was thinking that I should let her pass by 1st since she rides the bike. I also went to the bedroom. It was such a big room. It has 2 beds. One King's bed and one smaller bed. It also has flower on the side. I was thinking. Wow, such a nice house. I went down to the kitchen. The kitchen is on the other side of this big house. Nobody is cooking. The lady chef is talking. I just sitting on the chair. The chair is like summer camp's chair. quite classy. I think. A person knocks on the door. He's about 20 and he's delivering the medicine for uncle Yu. I talked to him and he handed the medicine to me. It was such a nice place. I somehow became a bit dizzy and fall asleep.

When I wake up, the house seems to be a bit different. I felt a bit chill. I look around and the house seems to be old. I don't see people around. I open the kitchen door and goes to the outside. It is still a big house yet I suddenly feel that something isn't right because I don't hear too much people around it. It's too quite. I walk past the fence from the other side to the front side. I walk slowly and passed the front side to the entrance that I entered the 1st time. I slowly open the door. I saw a lady with a black face sitting in the arm chair. I talked to her.Where is my Dad and my uncle? She reply. Last time that you were here is 3 years ago. Both of your parents passed away. I stare at her blankly and I woke up.

The path to happiness

There are several path to happiness. One can have a good relationship with others and one can be happy. One can achieve a monumental goal and one can be happy afterward. One can have fun doing what he loves to do and do it every day and that means happiness. My path to happiness is to provide immense value to my love ones and billion of others. By providing an immense values to my love ones, I feel great that I add values to people I love. In order to provide this immense values to my love ones, I realize that I should choose doing something that I love and have instinct of doing it really well. That's the first step of providing immense value to my love ones. Knowing that I am in the path of achieving my goal would give me the courage and strength to experiment with both my talent and my passion.

The fastest way to achieve the goal is to focus, focus and focus on the talent and passion. To move forward with incredible speed and incredible positivity. It might sound like a cliche. I was reading the most popular blogger's, Steve Job, profile. He said the following: I love beautiful objects. I love creating them. Warren Buffet says the following: To do what you love to do and do it really well. Bill Gates just do it. I believe one of his goal to make PC every where and look at what he has done today.

My goal is to provide immense value to my love ones and billion of others. I would like to provide the best environment both externally and internally. Every time when I receive a new talent and a new tool, I plan to say "thank you God for giving me this incredible power. I'll use it to provide immense values for my love ones".

My watch and Warren Buffet

I have worn this watch for a long time. I never realize it but I feel something is missing when the watch finally retired. It has the sentimental value. This watch is always with me during the past 10 precious year of my life time. Our life is like candle in the wind, it's so short. Even if I live up to 110 years old, I still can feel the time passed me by quickly especially in good times. My goal in life is to provide immense value for my love ones and other billion of people.

In order to provide immense value, I must be strong and big. I mean mentally and physically strong and I plan to be the biggest man on this earth. How do I do it? I plan to use material. You might think it's funny. How can you use material to help you achieve your goal? Well, everything comes down to your emotion? How strong do you feel about accomplish your goal? Are you discipline enough to just do it every day and every seconds for the rest of your life to do what ever it takes to achieve your goal? I feel very strong about my goal. Am I discipline enough just do it every day? I hope I am. I am doing this not for myself but for my love ones. Am I willing to do it for the rest of my life? Well, I am willing to do it to for the rest of my life if it provide immense value for my love ones. There is also a time issue. I would like to accomplish in a shortest time because it has the time factors.

Well, discipline is easy to say but difficult to do. I tell myself that I need to exercise but I only exercise for a few days then not doing it any more. I ask a friend to see if he wants to exercise with me . This is one way to accomplish my goal. Let a friend know and ask for his involvement.

The other tools to accomplish discipline is a bit weird; however, it give immense result. It's fun and it just works. You might be asking what is it? Let me give a hint. If you look at Warren Buffet closely in the annual stockholder meeting. You'll see something that you have never seen before. Warren Buffet has a tool and it definitely helps him in having fun playing with the number and picking the right company. In the history of the human species, the environment can boost a person to a incredible height in terms of success, happiness and passion. With the right kind of environment, a person's talent can shine with infinite brightness. The question comes down to this: should we wait until a terrific environment befalls on us? The answer is you're waiting for your luck and your good luck may not happen in your life time. What can we do to create a favorite environment? According to a speaker, Jim Rohn, he believe that we should emphasize on our philosophy. If we have the right philosophy, we would thrive no matter what occurs in our life. Anthony Robbin, a popular self improvement guru, emphasize on physiology. He believe that the body language can change from depression to positive attitude in a second. He use body language to change a person's attitude. (e.g. When a person is depressed, ask him to look up and he will no longer depress for that moment.) If the person looks at things differently then his action would definitely changes. We can also use music, pictures and hugs to change a person's environment. With the right music, a person can happily do his favorite thing. With the wrong music, a person can become agitated and impact his daily routine.

As a parent, I am determine to provide the best environment for my child. I observe his daily routine and try to figure out what give him an edge. I realize when he hear Winnie-The-Pooh, he starts to yi yi ya ya and become more self assure and independent. (note: each child has a different favorite.) My nephew likes the bible song. I am also determine to provide my self with the best environment. I will figure out what music and pictures will give me an edge. My goal is to understand the 5 elements that makes me stronger. The 5 elements consists of visual tool, hearing tool, feeling tool, smelling tool and tasting tool.

All You Can Be

Have you ever want to be able to change your personality in a second? Sometimes you can be mellow with your normal personality. When the tough time comes in, your other personality with courage steps in and give you the boost that you need to get it done. Some people may say that stays with your normal personality and just find your passion and talent and you will be happy. That might be true. My only question to this statement is how many people find the passion and talent that matches with their career. In a world with infinite possibility, it seems that only a few percentage of people actually find out their passion and talent. They did really well, too. Before you find your passion and talent, I recommend you to find out other parts of yourself that you haven't identified. You do it by being an observant copycat. By being an observant copycat, you will realize that each person is immensely different. After you copy other's pattern, you start to understand other's strength and knows that it's also part of you. This is another personality that you seldom touch. You also start to appreciate your normal self/personality. It has strength that is different from the personality that you copy from others. Life is a mystery. It contains roads to happiness, roads to success, roads to wealth, roads to give to others. By finding out all your strength (your normal self and others), you would have more opportunity in this wonderful yet complex world.
